You've probably noticed that in my writing I often references to popular sayings that always leave some teaching or reflection that is worth analyzing thoroughly. This time I bring some Arab proverbs or sayings that I have adopted as part of my life. Whether because of the importance that this culture has had in our history or because they simply provide a great lesson worth paying attention. Notes and do not forget these Arab proverbs in your day to day.

1. "Do not talk if you're going to say is no more beautiful than silence"
This is my favorite Arab proverbs I've heard is that many times we wished then to say or write something is immense. You do not even need to have the latent desire to hurt the other person. Many times you get any unkind comment or fairly vibe that has not passed the filter of the heart. Entries must pass through the filter of the heart, which will tell you if it is a useful message emotionally to anyone who will listen. Even, sometimes, every word we say go through the filter of the head we will discover if it makes sense or not. Although keep grudges saved is not healthy, neither is going around saying things that hurt.

2. "The first time you deceive me, it will be your fault. The second will be my fault. " This is one of the Arab proverbs try to remember at all times, especially as far as relationships are concerned. It is true that in relationships there is nothing written that each couple must make their own decisions. But if you've been a victim of infidelity by your partner and you keep forgiving and accepting it again and again, and you can not blame them. The message we send to forgive infidelity is infidelity after yourself, you are male or female, do not you value. If you're not able to see what you're worth and give your place, how do you expect someone else to do it ?. I'm not saying never forgive because it is also necessary to move forward. But I think we should learn to set limits. When someone shows a lack of respect for you, it is best to let it go to seek what he needs without hurting.

3. "The man who can not smile should not open shop" .I am a firm believer in following your dreams and goals and I think this is one of the Arab proverb that best describes it. Proverb What this means is that you always do what they leave you with a smile. Always be more tolerable daily when you're doing things you love. Of course you will encounter problems and challenges, including tasks you do not like anything. But overcoming all this is easier when you love your core business. There is nothing worse than dealing with people all day have a scowl and rudeness. Do not become one of them.

4. "punishes those who envy you making good." At some point in life everyone we deal with people who are more than willing to make us feel bad. The vast majority of the time is because some aspect of envy and try to sabotage you emotionally. You may be tempted to be angry and do the same thing. The last of these Arab proverb reminds us of something very true: the worst punishment for such people is that you behave well with them. It is not to be hypocritical and treat them as if they were your best friends. Simple kindness often hurt them more than anything else. If you're now dealing with a toxic person of this type and have unsuccessfully tried to avoid, try kindness. You will see that disappears from your life so fast that you will not even notice. And watch, I'm talking about being nice and friendly, not put available to all. If you ask for something you do not want or can not do, say "no".

I am sure that these Arab proverbs will be useful to meet the challenges of your day. You probably already know them but not always fixtures because forget. Lend them more attention and reflect on them.
