Trust is a variable and condition that usually goes unnoticed, being the one that allows something to actually happen between people. In fact, if we think about it, nothing happens without trust. If the company did not believe they can rely on us, they would not have hired us. It is mutual trust, rather than mutual interest, that holds human groups together. Trust is the link in steel that consolidates all meaningful relationships, always based on integrity and coherence. Trust lives implicitly in a large part of the work activities and relationships we do every day.

The importance of trust, often invisible, lies in being, no less, than the element that allows us to coordinate actions with others. It is necessary to understand that trust is an attitude towards life in general, not towards specific names that one day hurt us. Living, moving forward and growing implies assuming that sometimes there are certain risks, that what seems safe to us tomorrow may be fallible. The error will never be in the one who trusts, because that is our nature, because trusting is an instinctive need of our brain.

The mistake, the real grievance is in those who betray, because nothing is as offensive as breaking social ties for their own benefit, nothing is as illogical as going against one of the most basic principles of humanity, such as living together, respect the group and those who trust us.

Let's promise to have a great day to discover with relief how light and deep it is to live learning.
