The emotional pain that generates the lie who fails to justify it is deep and immense. We suffer and cry for situations that could have been avoided and that, trying to protect and almost always with good intentions, others worse. However, you can hurt both a truth as a lie that we generate will generate in us mid learning for damages and pain. We further our ability to achieve decision analysis and emotional and cognitive self-determination. In other words, other ways to dig out of the tunnel, then learn more about the land around us and the best way to break through to her. However, cheating is often a resource that seeks protection from the dangers of truth. However, this creates even more grief, for those who speak lies to avoid pain, they are the most painful, the most twisted perceived positive and devastate its path.

Tell a lie or tell the truth not to hurt someone or to hide a reality, something has happened to us all throughout our lives. Afraid to hurt someone, we are ashamed of what others will think and refuse to show our
feelings. But when we do not tell the truth or do not say the whole truth, something inside us is twisted, reminds us that we are not being honest with ourselves, we feel that something is wrong. Perhaps it is just as negative lie as not telling the truth. Sometimes we hide our real age, or our level in a language, or on more important issues such as our feelings. The truth is lived, not taught.

Many times we are afraid to tell the truth for fear of what others may think, but that can cause us to sink into a reality that is not ours, we can become a person that we are not really. Honesty is one of the basic features to interact with others and it is essential to take care and respect, that distinguishes us and accompany us in all our actions and words. We must not forget that fear is an emotion that warns against a potentially dangerous situation, but like any emotion can be managed and controlled by ourselves.

Telling the truth is really an act of courage on occasion, is speaking from the heart and say what we really think and not hide under false pretenses. Being brave means looking at another person in the eye and say that we want, or you no longer want, make our soul and our hearts beat in the same time to the words that emerge from the depths of our being. When we stripped tell the truth to others, we show ourselves as we are and that can be scary, but you can not hide for long under false layers under invented appearances.

We've all made mistakes throughout our lives attempting to protect another person, for example, and have hidden the truth, but somehow, the truth always knowing just our mistake and be known. In such cases, ask forgiveness, be honest and will achieve feel comforted and valued. To err is human, it is done unintentionally, and the only thing we achieve is to learn the lesson and prevent it from happening again. This is to reflect on what happened and be honest with ourselves and with others.

Now, why do we lie ..? Usually people lie for three reasons, to adapt to a hostile environment, to avoid punishment and to win prizes or earn something. For example, sometimes there are people who lie about any professional skill to get a job, so you lie to achieve a prize, other times people lie when they feel attacked, in order to be accepted. Truth exists only invent falsehood. We must not forget that lies have a direct relationship with self-esteem. We lie when our ego is threatened or when we want to take advantage of a situation. In this context lying is a defense mechanism, a weapon for survival. But in all cases, one must distinguish those who feel guilt and remorse and who feel nothing and end up believing in their own deception.

Finally, we must not forget that what we hide, so do not say, always will come out one way or another. The truth always finds a way to get real, to manifest, because it is the truth that satisfies the soul, which exalts and makes it free. The person who is not at peace with itself, be a person at war with the world.
