motivation that comes...

As we move through our personal and professional lives, there will inevitably be periods of incredible frustration and despair. During those difficult times, sometimes we think we have lost everything, and that nothing and no one could motivate us to move forward in the direction of our dreams. But we all have a supportive motivation that comes in many forms: it can be a simple email or text message from someone we respect, inspiring blog posts, interesting books, helpful neighbors, support communities, and much more.
When things get difficult, when we feel completely depressed and discouraged, we must - Accept what it is, let go what it was, and have faith in the way ahead.- To start exactly where we are, use what we have and do what we can, step by step.- Find the hidden blessings in every fight we face, and be willing to open our hearts and minds.- Recognize our motivations of support, our external sources of hope, before someone with much more dishonest intentions steals it so that we can finally see what we have always taken for granted.- Being present and taking advantage of our own hearts and minds, our internal sources of hope and motivation, which have the power to make us rise again and guide us on the path to our support, even when it seems to be lost forever. - To laugh at the confusion, live consciously in the moment and appreciate the lessons found in each turn and turn.- Do not compare our progress with that of others, and accept that we all need our own time to travel our own distance.- To see how many of the things we never wanted or did not expect, finally turn out to be what we need.- Be well if we do not finish exactly where we intended to go, while we open ourselves to the possibility of finally arriving at the right place at the right time.
If you are fighting at this moment, you have this! Regardless of your circumstances, you always have what you need to take the next smallest step. Or as Epicurus said so deeply, "Do not ruin what you have wanting what you do not have, remember that what you have now was one of the things you only expected".
Keep going. One day at a time, one small step at a time.

- Accept what it is, let go what it was, and have faith in the way ahead.
- To start exactly where we are, use what we have and do what we can, step by step.
- Find the hidden blessings in every fight we face, and be willing to open our hearts and minds.

- To see how many of the things we never wanted or did not expect, finally turn out to be what we need.
