Full effort

Today I want to write about those stones that are on our way and often stumbled, but the most important thing is not to stumble and not bad, become attached to the stone itself. Why repeat past mistakes, there are so many new errors to commit ..?
Between 1878 and 1880 Edison worked at least 300 theories to develop efficient incandescent bulb, demonstrating the importance of perseverance and the will to not give up too soon, and the will to get up after tripping. Thomas Edison, when he unveiled the world the process that had created the light bulb high strength, after many trials and errors, he said. "There were a thousand unsuccessful attempts, was an invention of a thousand steps" What we teach the words of Edison is very significant: we stumble often make many mistakes, but the important thing is always to learn.
To err is human, but you should teach every mistake is to get up and learn from what happened. Useless to complain or seek explanations on other people, when really effective is to reflect and learn the lesson. From childhood we are taught that the best are those who do not make mistakes and then learn that it is not, because in the way of life we make countless mistakes, one after the other and as we age our brain learns best from mistakes successes. A man can be wrong many times, but does not become a failure until he begins to blame others for their own mistakes.
Some people are not able to admit mistakes that are so demanding with themselves and each other that any error is seen as a failure and defeat. Perfectionism can be a virtue to some extent, especially on those tasks that are most relevant, but can be harmful if each identification of an error followed by a huge internal fight. Avoid perfectionism should be based on acceptance of ourselves and the idea that the goals are flexible to the extent that they have to adapt to cope with a change in conditions. This does not mean we should abandon our goals, it is necessary to see them realistically and learn that there are different ways to achieve them. An important to accept the reality that surrounds us has to do with the celebration of the achievements appearance. If we punitive punishment, forgetting an error occurs only when other, we lose everything we get.
Every mistake is a lesson, but something that is essential to avoid is making again and again the same error, that is, constantly tripping over one stone, as it means we are not evolving and learning. Whenever we face situations similar to others in the past where we made a mistake, it is advisable to examine their conscience and ask: What were the negative consequences of error? Is it worthwhile to do the same with the risk of making the same mistake? Can I do something different? The answers to these questions do not lend a valuable hand when proceeding again, but this time with more success ...
Our reward is in the effort, not the outcome. Full effort is full victory.
