It is said that your problems are only a reflection of what is inside you. Like you, many years ago I was lost and inundated with problems. I was a shy boy, without confidence in myself and with many fears and insecurities. I did not like any job, I wanted to study but I did not know what and I did not like anything in particular. My life was to stay with friends, try to spend the hours wishing that the days would advance and forget myself in difficult times.

In addition, he lived with fear of existence and death. For whatever reason I thought I had a serious illness and I drowned in my own agony, coming to feel my own symptoms. I did not have confidence, I thought I was useless that I was not good for anything in this world. I felt like a real failure and did not know how to deal with problems. I could tell you much more, but I think that with this introduction you will have realized that I was creating all that unhappiness myself. I was the ultimate culprit for all my problems.

After having survived many years in a self-destructive way, I reached the bottom. My mind seized me to a point that drowned me among my own fears. That's when I decided to get up and take each hit as a new learning opportunity.

Problems come alone when we are not balanced with life. Once we get in tune, they disappear altogether. If you do not know how to deal with problems, you must change first. I would like to give you a formula for it, some guidelines to follow, what to do and what not to do. But believe me, this can not be told, you just live. Unconsciously, there are certain changes in the mind that ultimately result in the change.

How many people propose goals or changes and these end in nothing?

If you want to be thin but not motivated to run, you will run a week, a month, but nothing more. And because? Why does not motivate you to run? And how can I motivate myself to run? There is no response to it, only a change in the mind produced unconsciously by certain circumstances could lead to it.

So, I can not tell you how to change, but calm, if I can give you some tips that will help you in difficult times.

First of all and most important, have faith. Faith gives warmth to our soul, it calms us down.

And to what should I have faith?

It does not necessarily have to be a god. The most important thing is to have faith that everything happens for something. And even if bad things happen to us, accept them with our hearts and give thanks to life for giving us the opportunity to learn from them.

In my case, every time I receive a blow, instead of sinking I give thanks to life. I think, thank you for giving me a touch of attention and helping me to return to my path, to my essence. and I say: thanks for watching me, thanks for taking care of me. Only in this way will we be able to progress, with a positive attitude and learning.

You have to have confidence. You have to trust in life. I want you to face all your worries. Do not turn things around. What do you have no motivations, or objectives, do you feel lost? Do not punish yourself, do not turn around, do not think. If you get lost in thoughts, at the least you realize you gave yourself: STOP!

It's what I have to live, and everything happens for something. They are stages of life. I will have patience and I will learn to live with it, and I have faith and confidence that life will put things in place when she sees fit.

I insist Do not judge yourself. Do not criticize yourself. Do not punish yourself And when you do, try to become aware of it and eliminate those thoughts. And again you gave yourself: STOP! So, the bottom line is that you must first go through acceptance and eliminate toxic thoughts. Once you accept and balance a little more, spontaneously and without knowing why, perhaps the change will come and your problems will disappear.
