In general, people are afraid of the bad changes, those things that affect your life negatively. The question then is how removed the fear of change. First you have to understand that life has ups and downs, good and bad cycles, and nobody can be always going up simply because it's impossible. Even people we most admire experiencing low that gives us life, no one can avoid.

However, the most important thing is not how to avoid changes, fears and bad experiences, but learning from them. You should not let you exceed the problems but you have to know to use them in your favour.

Always good to pretend that someone else is in your situation because we see ourselves in a worse position always seems more dramatic than it is. If you realize that the other person can manage change and find solutions, surely you can too. You can be sure of that.
