... that inner calm

I think we all seek and sometimes find difficult is that state of inner peace, by which through it, makes us feel in a state of inner well-being. Given this, we should meditate and contemplate that happiness has nothing to do with the wishes of leaving what each one is, but rather be genuinely concerned only with oneself. Reflecting and meditating will lead us to this new perspective. So we realize that our internal conflicts are not eternal, then, that energy that fueled before, wasting our battle can be used to live and act positively. In this way we become responsible and hopelessly creditors of our happiness, and how we go in our lives.
The conflicts and hardships of everyday life that continually "carry in your backpack", make us feel tired, fragmenting our energies, and having not find a firm foundation for our wellbeing. Inner peace is that simple base, because it generates energy and increases our physical and spiritual capacity, through which we discover that inner calm, and the effective use of such force that will us to be less likely to splurge vital resource concerns , regrets, guilt and stupidity. All this opens our eyes, and finally we question that few things are more desirable in this life than the desire to be happy. If we say that we can make it happen in one dream, none would be more appropriate than the desire to be happy.
On this tour, through meditation and reflection, which are two definitive tools, providing excellent ways to develop our awareness and understanding in all areas of our life, to achieve inner peace and to preserve it. Any help us move our attention to the present moment and to exercise control over our minds, turning from the anxieties and defensive attitudes that allow us to achieve a spiritual being.
In real life, "the daily" and despite our complaints, things hardly go exactly as we want and when resemble that does not occur within the time we had imagined. The truth is that in the everyday world always find difficulties, obstacles and limitations to realize our dreams, sometimes having to choose more and more consciously between various poses.
One thing worthy of meditation are waivers; those are the "waivers attachments". Material things must be put in its place. They are there to be used, of course. They are for use. But when they have outlived its usefulness, we must be ready to give them up, or perhaps pass them to someone who needs them. Anything that you can not give up when you have outlived its usefulness possesses you; and in this materialistic age many of us are trapped by our possessions. In this way we will never be free, and find that inner peace.
