Today I want to write about our moods, we all experience daily, our mood is subject to different variables daily. How many times we say: "Today is the day I'm not for anything or anyone." Everything influences our mood. This can vary between two extremes: from the excitement, joy and enthusiasm, with a significant positive charge of pleasure, their opposite poles, sadness, dissatisfaction and inhibition; this time suffering negatively charged. Between these limits can shelter a range of possible intermediate states and moods.
Our mood is influenced by many variables with which we are in contact, as the people around us, our obligations, our employment status, etc. The weather is one of those variables with which we are in constant contact. Obviously not affect us all equally, some people are more vulnerable than others, and usually affect you differently.
All these external environmental stimuli, are causing us some reactions in our feelings, which always depend on the positive character and emotional shock provoked. Conversely, if the environmental influence is unpleasant, it will cause negative feelings, pushing the mood to sadness, anxiety and depression.
Thus, the mood changes its tone towards one kind or another regardless of circumstances outside. It is then, when we speak of vital feeling, because permeates our lives, part of himself.
We should always bear in mind that the mood is a sense of depth that persists over time. Normally, only we perceive our mood, but sometimes it can be very intense and unbearable. Moods are not the same emotions, although they share much in common. Most of the time the moods are characterized by lower intensity and longer duration in time.
There is great who never fails, if not the one who never gives up.
There is great who never fails, if not the one who never gives up.
People with "good" mood are more vital, more active and better prepared for social relations. Connect well with the environment and is attracted to fun events with great disposition towards the cheerful and jovial.
In contrast, people with mood "low" have the opposite face: they tend to social isolation and disconnection with the environment around them. They usually have easy to perceive the misfortunes and often tend to exaggerate. They think slowly, leaning toward the negative.
The state of equilibrium between two poles, joy and sadness called euthymic; and deviations towards either direction is called dysthymia. When certain limits are exceeded at both ends fall into the field of disease of the mind: first, mania in terms of the positive; and secondly depression on the side of the negative.
