... appreciate and enjoy the small experiences

When shortage of great reasons to feel happy and confident, should rediscover the simple everyday pleasures that gives us life. This is not to escape the harsh reality but to expand our vision and value the details, to lift the spirits and gather strength to face new challenges. "The rush, the duties and responsibilities do we get into a maelstrom leaving little time to enjoy and appreciate the details and little things that happen to us"
Normally go through life without realizing all these little pleasures that contribute to our welfare and our happiness, and spend an afternoon with a reading a good book, walk in the park or watch a good movie. I've always wondered about those people who surpassed the 100 years which things were more important in life, I think it would answer me, family relationships, friends and have a goal in life, to have a life plan, eating and moving without overdoing it. "To "enjoy the little things in life" must "live the moment" which "does not mean not to think about the future or worry about the consequences of our actions may have, but take the attitude of a child, whom the present moment is all its reality.
If we look at the world of children, things are simpler and little things are valuable. They are trying to see the world through those eyes and practice mindfulness in everything we do, focusing on the present moment and enjoying doing practice of simplicity does not imply simplicity. The exercise to appreciate and enjoy the small moments in which usually do not repair, blinded by the concerns, the rush and stress, nourishes our perseverance to keep going and not give up our dreams and turn them into reality.
By becoming more aware of the joys of life, instead of living it automatically, enjoyed it much more during the day we live moments full of well-being and tranquility, which consist of something as simple as quenching thirst, going to bed tired, receive physical touch or chat with friends, but to enjoy them fully must be aware of them, telling us at that moment "I'm very happy, I feel good. One of the greatest sources of pleasure is offered by nature: We can walk outdoors, visit the forest, beach, mountain or field, or stimulate our senses with green plants, birds singing, the contact with the breeze and pure, or with the scent of flowers and the freshness of a water park.
Honestly the little pampering, which gives us people when recognizes our worth, abilities or personal beauty, are also a source of enjoyment, you need to consider. We must ask at the end of each day, what I enjoyed today ?, because "to witness the little pleasures that we have lived, we discovered that many more than we think, from helping someone or make a good food to maintain good communication with others. This simple exercise develops in us the idea that the world is a beautiful place where life is worth living, we produce feelings of abundance, gratitude and be worthy of what gives us life, and dissolves negative beliefs as to the world is a vale of tears.
Enjoying the warm caress of the sun, breathe fresh air, see and feel around us, looking at our partner's eyes, hug a friend are small gestures that reconnect us with our inner being and help us feel good. We forget because we live in a hurry trying to meet an endless list of actividades.No no elevator to happiness. Take the stairs. Similarly we have no right to consume wealth without producing it, neither have to consume happiness without producing it1
